Social Value – The Connolly Way
Providing social value benefits is at the heart of our delivery, creating lasting legacies in the communities we work with.
Last financial year, March 2022 – March 2023, we have provided social value activities equivalent to £9,281,704.27 for our customers.
This has included working with several community groups, schools and colleges and client teams to give back. This year our key achievements have included:
· 95% local economy spend
· 25 apprenticeships
· 216 local jobs created
· 120 hours engaging with local schools and colleges
· 740 hours spent volunteering in the local community
· 200 days (equivalent) of training for local residents
· 30 weeks (equivalent) of meaningful work experience for local residents
We are very proud of this outcome and of our teams for working so hard to give so much back to the communities we work in!
