Commercial DirectorChris provides strategic direction and leadership to our commercial team, benefitting from 15 years in the public and private sector. His experience in the commercial management and bid management has ensured sustainable growth and helped to further our ethos of a local, directly employed workforce.

Managing DirectorSimon joined Connolly as operations manager in 2013 to oversee the development of the business into an award-winning contractor making a difference to the communities around us. Starting his career as a bench hand joiner, Simon has developed over 20 years’ experience in the industry.

DirectorLiam is responsible for commercial innovation and improvement, including the development and strategic procurement of key local suppliers. A key focus of Liam’s role is to collaborate with partners to improve the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our projects.

Operations ManagerAndrew joined Connolly in 2015 and ensures certainty of delivery by overseeing projects, measuring team performance and actively promoting success against key benchmarks. Having worked his way up from starting out as a bricklayer, Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Customer & Social Value Manager Andrea is responsible for overall management of our customer care team of over 25 RLO's. Andrea drives a high level of customer service ensuring our clients and residents receive the best experience. She also implements and delivers social value initiatives that gives back to the communities we work in.
