Managing DirectorSimon joined Connolly as operations manager in 2013 to oversee the development of the business into an award-winning contractor making a difference to the communities around us. Starting his career as a bench hand joiner, Simon has developed over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
DirectorLiam is responsible for commercial innovation and improvement, including the development and strategic procurement of key local suppliers. A key focus of Liam’s role is to collaborate with partners to improve the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our projects.

Senior Project ManagerJonathan is responsible for developing housing planned refurbishment opportunities in the Rochdale, Oldham and West Yorkshire areas. He will also lead on Leeds City Council’s new roofing framework, which Connolly was recently appointed to.
Operations ManagerAndrew joined Connolly in 2015 and ensures certainty of delivery by overseeing projects, measuring team performance and actively promoting success against key benchmarks. Having worked his way up from starting out as a bricklayer, Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.
