To be the most trusted, respected and well-known social housing refurbishment partner in the north of England.
In 2025, we launched our ambitious 15 year vision. We aim to earn clients’ trust and respect by continually delivering excellent work, and believe that growth will follow as a result.
Why we get out of bed in the morning
We believe in meaningful connections that inspire us to make a positive impact on people and where they live.
From the point we are awarded a programme of work through to the final completed snagging list, we follow a tried-and-tested process to make sure clients and their customers have big smiles on their faces.
Where we operate
Our patch
Fanning out from our head office in Wigan in Greater Manchester, you’ll find Connolly teams working on 50+ sites across the north of England and Wales, from Flintshire in the east to Humber in the west. Last year, we refurbished over 40,000 homes for social landlords throughout Lancashire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and Cheshire.
