Working with Wigan Council as a strategic partner contractor to undertake cyclical repairs and maintenance work to the housing stock and sheltered accommodation over a 5-year period. Undertaking works on an estate by estate basis following a 5-year programme in the East of the Borough.
Our teams work in conjunction with the client teams to scope, define, and successfully deliver works to 2400no properties per annum in line with forecasted budgets. The main elements of the programme are;
- Roof level, brickwork & external wall repairs.
- GRP & Concrete Canopy replacement and repairs.
- General joinery.
- Cyclical painting, both internals & externals.
- External landscaping repairs and/or replacement of fencing, gates, driveways.
- Photo-voltaic cleaning.
- Passive Fire Protection Works.

The residents wanted a service provider that customers deserve, who they could efficiently address problems with, and deliver an effective, best value and customer-focused service from day one. Our Resident Liaison Officers held a drop-in session prior to works commencing, which allowed residents to discuss any queries or concerns that they had.
