Working successfully with YHG as their planned investment partner from 2020, Connolly has undertaken the Electrical works, to an average over 2000no properties annually for YHG. This has included working through stock condition requirements, in occupied dwellings, in a range of geographical locations throughout Greater Manchester across 3 streams.
Currently operating a direct delivery model of over 100% with works including:
Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades including electrical Upgrades and rewires
Full house rewires
EICRs
Solar PV installation/ removal and re-fit in conjunction with roofing works
Heating upgrades with associated electrical works
Smoke detection system installations
