Connolly Forges New Partnership with Southway Housing Trust to Revitalize South Manchester Homes
More great news coming out from Team Connolly today, as we’re announcing our brand-new partnership with the wonderful team at Southway Housing Trust to breathe new life into their properties across South Manchester.
This much needed project will see Team Connolly working on a number of Southway’s properties, to bring them up to Decent Homes standards, with clean modern kitchens and bathrooms, fresh and inviting decorations, and external improvements including roofs, landscaping, and secure fencing. We’ll also be boosting the energy efficiency of these homes with clever retrofit upgrades, ensuring they reach an energy-saving EPC rating of C or better. This means warmer homes and happier residents!
While the original plan was to tackle each property individually, we’re gearing up, working across multiple properties at the same time.
This marks the start of a fresh and exciting relationship with Southway Housing Trust! While Connolly has happy memories of working with different teams at Southway in the past, we’re delighted to be forging new connections.
