Team Connolly Appointed to Riverside’s £40M Planned Maintenance Framework!  

More great news for Team Connolly this week, as we’ve secured our place on Riverside’s Planned Maintenance Framework, marking an exciting new client relationship for our team.  

This 4-year framework, running until April 2029, represents a substantial £10 million per annum commitment, and will see Team Connolly delivering essential home improvements across the North West, on the following lots:  

  • Lot 1a: NW Lancashire & Manchester – Kitchens & Bathrooms 
  • Lot 1c: Cumbria – Kitchens & Bathrooms
  • Lot 2A: NW Lancashire, Manchester & Cumbria – Windows & Doors  

Our teams will be responsible for delivering vital planned maintenance works, ensuring homes are modern, comfortable, and energy-efficient for residents. These works are integral to Riverside’s commitment to maintaining high-quality living standards and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
