Team Connolly secures 5 year contract with Onward Homes for Window & Door upgrades!
Great news from Connolly! We’re thrilled to announce we’ve secured a fantastic new 5-year contract with Onward Homes to replace windows and doors across their properties in the Manchester – Oldham area.
This exciting project, won through a Fusion21 mini-competition, is set to run right through to the end of 2029 and is valued at £15 million! That’s around £2.4 million per year, and could even go up to £3.5 million annually, according to Onward Homes.
This isn’t a new relationship for us – we’re proud to be continuing our long-standing partnership with Onward Homes. We’ve been their trusted contractor for these kinds of improvements before, successfully delivering projects in both Manchester and Liverpool. It really shows the faith they have in our team!
So, what will we be doing? We’ll be busy supplying and fitting brand-new uPVC double glazed windows and all the bits that go with them, along with supplying and installing sleek new GRP doors and their associated works. These upgrades are super important for making homes more energy-efficient, boosting security, and generally making them much comfier for residents.
