Team Connolly Secures Roofing Project with Your Housing Group!
Team Connolly is delighted to announce a significant new contract with Your Housing Group (YHG), a leading housing provider, for essential domestic re-roofing works. This project, valued at approximately £3 million, will initially run for one year with the option of two further one-year extensions, building on our successful five-year partnership with YHG.
This crucial project will see our expert teams undertake full and partial roof replacements, primarily on pitched roofs, across 178 properties spanning three key lots:
- Lot 1: Cheshire, Liverpool, Wigan, and Preston
- Lot 2: Manchester, Stockport, and Tameside
- Lot 3: Staffordshire
A sturdy, well-maintained roof is more than just a structure; it’s fundamental to the safety, comfort, and warmth of a home. This project directly addresses these vital needs, bringing a host of benefits:
