Team Connolly Secures Major Win on £48m Prosper Decarbonisation Framework

We’re thrilled to announce that Connolly has been successfully appointed to the Prosper Decarbonisation Framework, a significant win that will see us playing a key role in delivering vital energy efficiency and refurbishment works across the UK for the next five years.
This exciting new framework, valued at a substantial £48 million, is set to revolutionise the energy performance of domestic and public buildings, contributing significantly to the national net-zero targets.
Our appointment marks the beginning of a new and impactful relationship with Prosper, a leader in public procurement solutions.
Under this multi-supplier framework, Connolly has secured appointments across three crucial lots:
- Lot 2 – Yorkshire & Humber
- Lot 3 – North West
- Lot 10 – Wales
The Prosper Decarbonisation Framework is designed to provide comprehensive Energy Efficiency Retrofit measures in accordance with the rigorous PAS 2035 standards. This includes a wide range of works such as insulation, heat pumps, solar PV, windows, doors, and ventilation systems, alongside traditional investment and refurbishment works like kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
The framework supports the delivery of projects funded through significant government initiatives like the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and ECO4 works.
The five-year duration of this framework, running until the end of 2029, provides a fantastic opportunity for sustained growth and the establishment of long-term, impactful partnerships.
Our CEO Chris Connolly said “Securing a place on the Prosper Decarbonisation Framework is a landmark moment for Connolly. It demonstrates our commitment to sustainable building practices and our capability to deliver large-scale, impactful projects that truly make a difference. We are excited to partner with Prosper and do our part for greener future for communities.”
