Another piece of great news coming from Connolly HQ this week as we are thrilled to announce our appointment to the significant Capital Investment Framework Agreement, delivered by Procurement Assist.
This substantial £2.3 billion framework, set to run for five years until March 2030, is all about investing in the places you call home. It will facilitate vital upgrades for housing providers and public sector organisations across the entire UK, directly impacting the quality of living spaces.
We’ve been successfully appointed to key areas that bring direct and tangible benefits to residents:
- Lot A – Brand New Bathrooms designed for comfort and ease.
- Lot B – Beautiful New Kitchens creating brighter, more functional and enjoyable spaces.
- Lot D – Secure and Efficient Re-Roofing with improved insulation, contributing to a more comfortable living environment.
While our focus will be on delivering these specific improvements, the broader framework covers a wide range of essential works, from heating and insulation to damp and mould solutions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to home well-being.
