Putting People First: New Windows and Happy Customers in Westhoughton
Here at Connolly, we’re proud to be working with Bolton at Home, replacing windows and doors across a number of their properties in Westhoughton. For us, every single project is about more than just fitting new windows and doors; it’s about putting our customers at the heart of everything we do, ensuring a smooth, respectful, and positive experience from start to finish.
We’re so proud of our people and we want to give a shout out to Alistair and Will and share the amazing feedback we got about them from Bolton at Home resident, Alice.
Alice explained that before the work started, she was a little worried about how her son Kenneth would cope with everything but it turned out he really enjoyed the whole process with the team!
Alice told us, “Alistair and Will were so lovely and reassuring. They explained everything they were doing to Kenneth, and I’m so happy with my new windows!”
The best part? Alice mentioned that Kenneth would love a photo of him with the team in a frame to take to his caravan as a special memory of meeting Alistair and Will. Our Customer Liaison Officer, Michelle, wasted no time getting that photo framed and delivered. As you can see, Kenneth was absolutely over the moon!
It’s safe to say that Alice and Kenneth were very happy with both their new windows and the entire experience. It was truly a pleasure for our team to work in their home.
