Preparing for works

If your landlord or a Connolly Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) has been in touch to let you know that work is going to be done on your home, here’s how you can get ready.

Our promise to you

  • We might not need to be in your home for every hour of the days we’re scheduled to be there. If there is a day where we won’t need access or need to rearrange work, we’ll let you know as far in advance as possible.
  • We won’t start work before 8am without agreeing it with you first. Even we need our beauty sleep!
  • We’ll protect your carpets and furnishings by using clean dust sheets.
  • At the end of each day, our team will clear away their tools and leave your home safe and tidy.
  • We will always make sure that water, gas or electricity has been turned back on by the end of the day.
  • You’ll never be left on your own. Your CLO is available during working hours and we’ll give you a number to call if there’s an emergency out of hours.
