We’re excited to announce some more great news as we’re continuing our partnership with Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) on a major new kitchen delivery programme. This means more modern, functional, and comfortable homes are on the way for families across Wythenshawe.
This new “Kitchen Delivery Programme” is all about enhancing living spaces. Starting this June 2025, over the next three years (with a potential for a two-year extension), we’ll be working to upgrade approximately 500-600 properties every year delivering:
- Brand New Kitchens with fresh, updated spaces.
- Improved WC/Cloakrooms with the options of an integrated WC or a standard specification toilet and wash-hand basin.
These upgrades aren’t just about aesthetics; they’re about making homes more comfortable and practical for daily life.
