We’re thrilled to announce a significant contract win, partnering with new client, Community Gateway, on a vital Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Programme in Preston. This initiative is bringing vital modernisations to homes across the city. The programme will run till March 2026, bringing much-needed modernisations to homes across the city.
This extensive programme will see our specialist teams undertake a comprehensive range of works designed to dramatically improve living spaces for residents:
- Full replacement of 166 kitchens: Delivering brand-new, modern kitchens for residents.
- Upgrade of 54 kitchens: Enhancing existing kitchens with updated features and finishes.
- Replacement of 21 bathrooms: Providing fresh, contemporary bathroom facilities.
